The 60-day window
Your guarantee starts on your purchase date and runs for 60 days. We recommend giving the routine at least 30 days of steady daily use so you can see how it fits you.
How to request a refund
Contact the SodaSteel® support team within the 60-day period using the contact details on your order confirmation. Have your order number ready so the team can find your purchase quickly.
Returns
Follow the instructions the support team gives you when you request your refund. Return details, including any shipping address, are provided at that time.
Processing
Once your refund is approved it is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Where your order is handled
Orders, refunds and returns are handled by the seller at checkout. This website does not process payments. Questions about this page? See our contact page.
