Why the label comes first
Marketing pages, including this one, describe a product in general terms. The bottle label is the exact record. The brand does not publish ingredient names or amounts in its marketing, so we do not repeat any here. Instead, the full formula and serving are printed in the Supplement Facts panel, and that is where every specific answer lives.
Learning that panel takes about five minutes and works for every supplement you ever pick up. Our longer walkthrough, how to read a Supplement Facts label step by step, covers the same ground in more depth.
Start at the top: serving information
The first lines tell you the serving size, which is the amount that every figure below refers to, and how many servings the container holds. Everything on the panel is expressed per serving, so read this block before anything else.
Then follow the serving directions on the bottle. The routine is simple: one consistent time each day. Our daily routine guide shows easy anchors such as breakfast or the gym.
The middle: names, amounts and daily values
Below the serving block, the panel lists each dietary ingredient with its amount per serving and, where one exists, a percent daily value. Read across each row: name, quantity, percentage. If an ingredient shows no percentage, that usually means no daily value has been set for it, not that anything is wrong.
The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets explain many individual ingredients in clear language, which is useful once you have the names from your own bottle.
The bottom: other ingredients
Under the main table you will find the other ingredients line. This is where items that give a gummy its texture, form and taste are listed. It is a normal part of every gummy label, so read it the same way you read the rest.
Keep the panel handy when you compare options. Our piece on comparing men's performance supplements uses the label as the yardstick, and the SodaSteel® formula page sums up how the three goals fit together.
When you are ready, order SodaSteel® and read the panel on your own bottle the day it arrives.
